Newtalk新聞 喧擾大半年的國民黨台中市長提名作業，本週就要以民調決勝負，儘管參選人之一的江啟臣，在所有民調都遙遙領先楊瓊瓔，但多個立場偏綠的社群連日來直接不演了，紛紛發出「民調楊瓊瓔 台中換欣」的訊息，擺明就是要先讓楊瓊瓔初選過關，大選時力挺何欣純，甚至幫忙做了「搶救楊瓊瓔」的圖片廣為宣傳」。這種反串行為能否真的發揮效用，已成了最決勝的重要關鍵因素之一。 江啟臣等八年實力更厚實 當年以0.61個百分點輸給盧秀燕的江啟臣，經過漫長的八年等待，再經過國民黨主席、立法院副院長的歷練，累積更雄厚問鼎台中市長的實力。無奈楊瓊瓔搶先他一步宣布參選，而且態度極為堅定，堅持一定要辦民調，並且儘可能讓民調時間往後延。 媒體民調完封還出訪 大秀外交專業 從江啟臣還未正式宣布參選前，一直到敲定初選民調的時間，期間所有的媒體民調都是江啟臣大幅領先。更在上週「集滿五個章」，獲得台中以外的藍營五都市長、參選人的公開表態。他在各區的見面會也獲得大多數台中市國民黨籍市議員及參選人站台力挺，在地立委除了顏寬恒表面上兩人都捧場，新生代的「盧媽三子」黃健豪、羅廷瑋、廖偉翔都「棄楊保江」。期間江啟臣還率立委團訪問澳洲，也不斷把來訪的外國政要或團體帶到台中，秀出他的外交專業實力。 江啟臣在初選期間依舊率團出國訪問，展現外交專業的實力。圖：江啟臣辦公室/提供 楊瓊瓔祭陸戰絕招聚人氣 楊瓊瓔從宣布參選市長後，把大部分時間都花在跑地方行程，尤其是有盧秀燕出現的場合她幾乎不會放過，藉以強調是最合適的接棒者。在初選民調前楊瓊瓔則祭出陸戰的最後兩招，先連辦兩場號稱超過萬人到場的大型造勢活動，出動遊覽車接送支持者，還有熱鬧的歌舞秀。這兩天則是以車隊掃街跑遍全市重要道路，市民家中信箱還被塞進紙本宣傳單。 楊瓊瓔的造勢活動人氣很旺。圖：楊瓊瓔服務處提供 綠營反串灌票現象再現 江啟臣起初不同意公布民調的時間，最主要原因是擔心重演八年前「綠營反串灌票」之事。一位曾在八年前參與初選的幕僚透露，當時內參民調江啟臣的確領先盧秀燕，豈料最後竟翻盤，絕對與綠營有計畫鼓動支持者在家守電話有關，因為當時的市長林佳龍認為盧秀燕從未經營原縣區，讓盧秀燕出線，他市長連任「十拿九穩」。 綠主委強調「不介入他黨初選」 雖然後來盧秀燕大勝林佳龍，但「綠營反串灌票」之的現象，這次依舊出現。儘管民進黨台中市黨部主委許木桂多次受訪時都強調「不會介入他黨初選」，但他接受《Newtalk新頭殼》記者詢問時也曾透露，「不知道國民黨在怕什麼，難道民進黨支持者就沒有權利在接到民調電話時，表達自己的想法嗎？」 藍初選灌票有助綠大選拿回台中 從動機來看，綠營當然希望選擇「較好對付」的對手，況且民進黨已確定提名何欣純，而各項民調都是江啟臣大幅領先何欣純。在初選時「灌票」給楊瓊瓔，年底大選時會更有機會拿回台中市。 綠側翼不掩視「民調楊瓊瓔 台中換欣」 近日有不少被視為立場偏綠的社群都貼出「民調楊瓊瓔 台中換欣」的訊息，甚至幫忙做了「搶救楊瓊瓔」的圖片廣為宣傳」。其中有當時罷免立委羅廷瑋的團體，在表態支持楊瓊瓔後，還說了要支持楊瓊瓔的理由，「因為羅廷瑋支持江啟臣」。加上曾與楊瓊瓔競選過立委的前行政院副發言人謝子涵，日前在社群平台上他人的發文中留言，稱「只有瓊瓔能夠接棒秀燕」，都被解讀為綠營反串的動作。 謝子涵在社群平台留言支持楊瓊瓔。 先前楊瓊瓔很堅持民調要公布時間，也遭到江啟臣支持者「引清兵入關」的質疑，認為楊瓊瓔因自知正常民調會輸給江啟臣，因此要求公布民調日期，目的是讓綠營選民知道何時該幫忙灌票。 反串發酵真能改變局勢？ 如果綠營的反串行為發酵，真的能改變局勢嗎？有人認為若民進黨真的大規模灌票，會導致民調數據失真，無法選出真正的最強候選人。但也有人認為，反串灌票通常能影響的程度很有限，大約3%到5% 的數據，若江啟臣能一直保持大幅度的領先優勢，應可抵銷反串的影響。延伸閱讀：(影)民調前最後衝刺 藍營五都要角連線推薦江啟臣何欣純出席女青培力營 秀出與蕭美琴青春稚嫩照 (影)《矢板明夫Newtalk》曹興誠首談為何退出文總：中華文化真話往往就是殺頭中東戰事升溫 …
