Newtalk新聞 日本自由民主黨的總裁選舉現在正如火如荼地進行中。有五名候選人參加了這次選舉，分別是前經濟安全保障大臣小林鷹之、自民黨前幹事長茂木敏充、官房長官林芳正、前經濟安全保障大臣高市早苗，以及農林水產大臣小泉進次郎。 資深媒體人矢板明夫透過臉書分析，現在的形勢是小泉進次郎有一些優勢，高市早苗緊追其後，林芳正有一點點可能。 矢板明夫發文寫道：「投票的規則有一些複雜。第一輪投票，是由295名自民黨籍國會議員參加，每人有一票；另外，由全國將近1百萬名自民黨員投票，按比例分成295票計算，加在一起共590票，獲得過半數者即可勝出。如果沒有人超過半數，則留下得票最高的兩名候選人，僅由自民黨籍國會議員進行第二輪投票，得票多者勝出。」 矢板明夫表示：「一年前的總裁選舉，第一輪投票中高市早苗獲得了第一名。但在第二輪投票中，石破茂逆轉勝，奪得了大位。根據日本媒體分析報導以及我的採訪，今年參選的五人當中、小泉進次郎獲得的國會議員支持較多，現在已經有80名左右的國會議員表態支持了。」 矢板明夫接著指出：「其次是林芳正，獲得了50名左右的國會議員支持。表態支持高市早苗的大概有40多人。支持茂木敏充和小林鷹之的大約在35人至40人之間。還有40多位國會議員沒有表態。在黨員票方面，高市大約能獲得100票以上。小泉和林芳正大約在50到100票之間。茂木和小林大約在30票以下。」 矢板明夫續指：「所以，基本上可以判斷，現在的形勢是小泉有一些優勢，高市緊追其後，林有一點點可能，剩下兩位已經基本出局。今後有可能出現變化的，是在電視討論以及演講中，小泉呈現出知識和經驗不足，影響到他的形象，造成支持率嚴重下滑，而被後面兩個人追上超過。」 矢板明夫提到：「事實上，一年前的總裁選舉，也是一開始小泉領先，最後一個星期才被超車。不知道一年前的劇情，今年會不會重演？高市早苗如果擔任自民黨總裁，就很可能獲國會提名為日本歷史上的第一個女首相。高市是台灣的好朋友，也是我松下政經塾的學姐，希望她能夠心想事成。」延伸閱讀：劉黎兒觀點》小泉進次郎勝率80%領跑自民總裁選 孤僻型高市恐難進第二輪自民黨總裁選》小泉強調黨內和諧 高市主張回歸保守日本自民黨總裁選舉 5候選人秋葉原街頭演說聚焦應對物價上漲自民黨總裁選舉》親美抗中成為辯論會焦點日美緊鑼密鼓協調 川普擬於 APEC 峰會前訪日 同盟與經濟合作成焦點高科大創設學院攜手泰國藝術大學 共創跨國教育文化交流新篇章

高科大創設學院攜手泰國藝術大學 共創跨國教育文化交流新篇章
