馬太鞍堰塞湖防災研討會 建構花蓮更堅實防災韌性

花蓮災後救援持續進行 行政院：中央設志工分配站加速家園恢復
Newtalk新聞 行政院中央災害應變中心前進協調所今（29）日召開第9次工作會報後舉行記者會，由總協調官、經濟部次長賴建信說明花蓮馬太鞍溪堰塞湖溢流後的最新救災進度。他指出，目前搜救及災後清理工作正全面展開，並強調中央已在光復車站設立志工分配站，協助各地志工投入救援，盡速恢復災區家園。 根據統計，截至今日中午12時，災區已有18人罹難、6人失聯、717人獲救、107人受傷。今日共動員各縣市搜救隊與國軍特戰部隊252人、60部車輛、12台無人機及1隻搜救犬投入救援。搜救重點鎖定政旺砂石場（尚有約80坪待開挖），並持續沿馬太鞍溪、箭瑛大橋至出海口搜尋失聯民眾。 農業部林保署表示，堰塞湖壩體與水流狀況大致穩定，但因邊坡仍不牢固，若遇降雨仍可能有危險，因此維持紅色警戒。經濟部水利署則指出，已成功將馬太鞍溪原流入市區的水導引至深水槽，完成改道。 供水部分，台水公司指出光復鄉平均用水量約4,000噸，目前光復淨水廠已增量至6,000噸，每日並派出20輛水車及設置23處加水站，補運水量284噸，確保總供水量達6,284噸。 環境部與縣府合作積極清理廢棄物，昨日出動403人與229台機具，清出5,586公噸垃圾，並完成大華街家戶初步清理。國軍也統計已協助清理605戶受災家庭。另有1,500台高壓水槍到貨，已分配給國軍、慈濟及各村使用，盼加速家園恢復。 由於湧入光復鄉的志工人數眾多，中央前進協調所在光復車站設立志工分配站，將人力調度至大馬部落、大平部落及偏遠的阿陶莫部落。國軍將協助載運志工進入偏遠地點，並由農業部負責供應便當，花蓮縣府也準備2萬5,000個便當支援；同時環境部將設置超過150座流動廁所，保障災民與志工基本需求。 交通與救災秩序方面，花蓮縣警察局宣布市區部分道路每日8時至18時實施單向通行管制，並提供通行證申請管道，確保醫療救護及清淤人員進出順暢。廢棄車輛與廢棄物如影響救災，民眾可通報縣府環保局協助清運。延伸閱讀：國軍全力搶修馬太鞍堰塞湖 顧立雄：中秋前讓災民恢復正常生活台灣攜手烏克蘭 林佳龍見證簽署合作備忘錄助戰火孤兒花蓮堰塞湖災情持續 行政院：搜救、志工、交通三管齊下全力復原 花蓮救災亂象 ! 志工自曝「領到發臭物資、吃壞肚子」 怒批官員：只顧作秀添亂捐款進不來、中央經費要不到？律師點名花蓮縣府恐「卡志工、控物資」各地志工湧入花蓮光復災區 石明謹籲 : 非必要車輛勿進193線、留住宿給災民與救災人員
