普發一萬今起預登記 趙少康喊「功在藍白」

「不會找閃兵藝人拍軍教片」 李遠：但他們願面對錯誤是好事
Newtalk新聞 針對藝人閃兵案持續延燒，曾獲金鐘影帝的藝人薛仕凌昨主動赴新北地檢署自首說明閃兵。對於文化部是否研擬撤回曾獲獎藝人的獎項資格，文化部長李遠今（5日）表示，已與金馬、金鐘、金曲3大獎單位討論，委員普遍認為獎項頒發是依當年的專業表現，事後撤回缺乏明確制度依據，並強調藝人主動願意面對錯誤、勇於道歉是好事。 李遠上午赴立法院教育及文化委員會報告業務概況並備質詢，國民黨立委羅廷瑋質詢指出，針對藝人閃兵案，昨又有藝人自首，李遠先前曾說對於未來獎項是否可能撤回、或資格影響，會進行討論，有初步方案？李遠答詢稱，昨有藝人主動承認曾犯的錯誤，他認為藝人覺得過去做錯，並願意向社會道歉，在台灣這樣包容、善良與民主自由的社會，這是一件好事。 李遠表示，文化部已與金馬、金鐘、金曲3大獎單位討論，委員普遍意見都認為，頒發獎項是因當年度的專業表現最好，事後撤回的理由非常不足，回頭看，這些獎頒出去也都沒撤回過，委員都認為頒發獎項是給那一年度表現最好的某一項。 李遠強調，藝人對社會有影響力，應承認錯誤、對自己要求更高、讓社會觀感更好，這才是正向的，願意認錯比過去更進步。 羅廷瑋回應，他並非主張撤回獎項，今天爆發這些事很遺憾，他也認為不一定要收回獎項，但或許可透過其他方式回饋社會、協助正面宣導，甚至加強國軍招募。 李遠說，委員的建議很好，很多事剛發生或許是壞事，但有藝人站出來道歉，未來也許國防部徵兵時可以透過藝人，這方向很好。羅廷瑋建議，若藝人有機會透過這方向拍劇，甚至做成教材，文化部應協助國防部。 國民黨立委洪孟楷質詢也關注藝人閃兵案，但他認為，公眾人物是很多青少年的表率，看到李遠說不會追回三金獎項，他部分同意，只是對於李剛說的意思，好像是鼓勵這些閃兵的藝人拍片、促進國軍招募？這是否本末倒置？ 李遠強調，這點是誤會，首部軍教片《成功嶺上》就是他寫的，賣座很好，整個社會有個氣氛以當兵為榮，找藝人演出，意思不是找曾閃兵的人來演。 洪孟楷強調，他只是想確認，若找閃兵藝人來演出，這就完全錯誤，不能曾犯錯還搞得好像文化部在幫洗白，有機會演軍教片，變成閃兵的人反而有演出機會？真正該鼓勵的是在演藝生涯時，還毅然決然願意當兵服役。 李遠解釋，可能他剛講話太快，但用常理判斷，有誰會笨到找閃兵的藝人演這個戲？這樣不也滿諷刺的嗎？他說，但他認為曾犯過錯的藝人，能勇敢面對錯誤、跟社會道歉，對台灣教育很正面，也希望台灣未來共同凝聚一個為台灣打仗是驕傲的，打造出作為台灣軍人是光榮的文化形塑。延伸閱讀：陸委會：今年前三季有3,046名研修陸生來台 已逾去年整年表態！董事長胡元輝：3年在公廣集團董事會服務已足夠公廣董監事比照中選會讓黨團推薦？李遠致歉：只剩1、2位未定 閃兵藝人再＋1？「大嘴巴」薛仕凌自首30萬交保藝人閃兵案恐有第四波掃蕩？王浩宇爆料：已鎖定知名團體成員中央社回應大動作懲處爭議 胡婉玲：應盡量保護國家元首、不分政黨
