籲韓國瑜撤銷李貞秀立委資格 永社：民眾黨遭滲透 內政部應聲請憲法法庭解散
Newtalk新聞 民眾黨中配立委李貞秀雙重國籍爭議延燒，又開直播爆料，新竹市長高虹安拿了前主席柯文哲700萬，遭移送中評會紀律審查；民眾黨新住民委員會前主委徐春鶯，因反滲透法遭起訴，內容竟涉及「李貞秀接班」。對此，台灣永社表示，立法「偽員」李貞秀拒不辭職，民眾黨遭滲透，呼籲立法院正視民主危機，政黨行為若違憲 內政部應宣告解散並聲請憲法法庭審理。 台灣永社1日召開記者會，政策部主任黃慧瑜指出，內政部至今還沒收到李貞秀辦理放棄國籍的證明，行政院也已公開表示李貞秀尚不具備擔任立委的資格，呼籲立法院長韓國瑜務必要依法行政，儘快撤銷李貞秀的立委職位。徐春鶯起訴書特別強調，徐是受中共指揮為民眾黨助選，中共透過特定政黨滲透國會的情形如此顯著，已破壞我國的民主運營。內政部應以檢視統促黨的標準來檢視民眾黨，是否應該要依法來宣告政黨違憲、聲請憲法法庭審理。 律師、日本大學國際經濟學博士傅馨儀表示，李貞秀已坦言其無法放棄中華人民共和國國籍，已違反《國籍法》二十條，不得擔任我國公務員，既然李貞秀仍有中華人民共和國公民身分，她有遵守中華人民共國法令的義務。另，新住民本依法具有參政權，這是可以認同、受到保障的，但並不包括雙重國籍者擔任立委。 公民監督國會聯盟執行長張宏林提及，藍白目前就是使用中共同屬一中的概念，模糊國籍問題，這種模糊國籍關係，極有可能在中共現台灣於危險時，作為中國將台灣問題當作內政問題的藉口。李貞秀的立委職務合法性，應該先被調查，且立刻停止執行他的職務。就像比賽，開始前發現選手身分不符，就應該停止比賽釐清爭議，而非先讓該選手比賽。 台灣青年世代交流協會理事長陳俐甫表示，外國人歸化屬於各國的行政特權，並非一般人權。更何況中國對我國而言，為一個準交戰狀態中的的國家，自應嚴格審查中國籍人士在台灣擔任公務員的資格。李貞秀無法放棄國籍，是中國內國法的問題，習近平要負責，應該自己跟中國政府抗議，站在人權制高點，也應考量國際法上對等互惠原則，但實際上中國並未對我國人有對等互惠原則，李貞秀不應成為例外，台灣沒有虧欠李貞秀，是習近平虧欠他。 台灣北社社長羅浚晅醫師直言，新北地檢署對徐春鶯的起訴書已清楚揭露，中共的勢力透過特定的管道進入民眾黨的日常運作、甚至涉及立委不分區名單的安排，他質疑，民眾黨到底是代表誰的利益？外界已看到民眾黨立委人選有中共網絡布局的證據，若視而不見，就是放任黨務成為中國戰略的一部分。立法院從來就不是單純的程序機關，而是台灣議論國政的憲政核心，韓國瑜讓國安風險成為具體事實，這是違法、瀆職。 永社提出四項訴求：具有雙重國籍之台灣人民不應擔任台灣公職；請韓國瑜依法行政，撤銷李貞秀立委資格；中國滲透國會、破壞民主運營，請立法院正視；政黨行為若違憲 內政部應宣告解散並聲請憲法法庭審理。延伸閱讀：傳李貞秀拒辭立委還喊告 周軒：柯文哲敢跟中國翻臉？他諷要不要跟國台辦聊聊？秦慧珠開國民黨內第一槍：柯文哲2罪名鐵證如山！藍白合可以把他擺一邊柯文哲法庭影像瘋傳 律師：被檢察官打臉、黃國昌打瞌睡醜態盡出 自取其辱(影)法庭影像曝 柯文哲批檢邪惡 檢察官一席話網感動：真法律人！這才叫公平正義呂秀蓮發聲：根據兩國的國籍法 李貞秀具參選立委資格
