Newtalk新聞 香港政府日前修訂《香港國安法》實施細則，有消息指當局正研究引用新規，沒收壹傳媒創辦人黎智英的資產，引發外界對港人私人財產安全的疑慮。據香港無線電視新聞引述消息，港府正了解黎智英資產狀況，評估是否可依新規充公其財產。 港府於 3 月 23 日公布修訂後的《香港國安法》第四十三條實施細則並即日生效，內容新增在嚴重案件中充公被定罪者罪行相關財產的條款，規定凡被裁定犯危害國安罪行並判處終身監禁或 10 年或以上刑期者，其「指明財產」須予充公，且新規具追溯力，即使罪行、定罪或判刑發生於生效前亦適用。 相關規定亦延續並細化既有制度，早於 2020 年 7 月公布的國安法實施細則已列明可充公涉國安罪行者財產，此次修訂進一步明確適用範圍與執行條件。今年 2 月 9 日，黎智英被港府指控違反國安法並判囚 20 年，保安局局長鄧炳強當時表示將依法適時向法院申請充公令，沒收與罪行相關的犯罪得益。 此前，香港保安局亦於 2021 年 5 月凍結黎智英個人資產，包括其持有市值約 4500 萬美元的壹傳媒股份，以及名下三間公司在香港本地帳戶的資產。延伸閱讀：將軍為國防特別條例哽咽 蕭美琴：希望立法院全數支持、儘速通過將軍審國防特別條例落淚 卓榮泰：有媒體用「鱷魚眼淚」我非常憤恨 小港大林蒲遷村持續推進 …
