台中市詹姓男子（黑衣者）販售保健食品卻違規標示醫療效能，累計被開罰逾新台幣3655萬元未繳，行政執行署台中分署26日將人拘提到案，詹男仍拒不提出清償計畫，遭法院裁定管收，解送台中看守所附設管收所。（行政執行署台中分署提供）中央社記者蘇木春傳真 115年3月27日 Newtalk新聞 （中央社記者蘇木春台中27日電）台中詹姓男子販售保健食品卻違規標示醫療效能，累計遭開罰逾新台幣3655萬元未繳，經行政執行署台中分署昨天將他拘提到案，詹男仍拒不提出清償計畫，遭法院裁定管收。 法務部行政執行署台中分署今天發布新聞稿表示，詹姓男子經營公司，於民國113年間經常刊登廣告保健食品廣告，被檢舉涉及醫療效能標示，嚴重違反食品安全衛生管理法規定，經彰化縣政府及台中市政府依法課處罰鍰，均未改善，累計共93筆達3655萬餘元未繳。 案經行政執行署台中分署強制執行，台中分署曾通知詹男到案報告公司財產狀況，但未獲其理會，經向台灣台中地方法院聲請拘提詹男獲准後，於26日將他拘提強制解送到案。 台中分署查出，詹男營業收入存入金融機構流向有異常提領。其中，113年5月間從帳戶提領現金140萬餘元，用途備註為發薪資，但公司113年度損益及稅額計算表卻僅申報74萬餘元，明顯不符。 另外，詹男在113年6月28日自公司金融帳戶提領150萬元，用途備註為繳納廣告費，但當年度廣告費僅列報72萬餘元，亦明顯不符，顯然慣於隱匿資金。 此外，台中分署還發現，詹男曾於113年11月、12月間，分別從帳戶提領120萬及258萬元，作為主管獎金及導演獎金，卻將政府機關課處罰鍰置之不理，且帳戶自114年5月7日後無存入紀錄，但公司保健產品仍持續在網路販售，明顯隱匿營業收入，蓄意規避強制執行。 詹男經台中分署拘提到場後，隱匿營業收入等行為仍聲稱不清楚，拒不提出清償計畫，台中分署隨即於當日向台中地院聲請管收獲准，解送矯正署台中看守所附設管收所管收三個月。（編輯：林恕暉）1150327 延伸閱讀：柯文哲遭重判17年！ 國台辦發聲力挺 周玉蔻不解：貪污在中國是要槍斃的...藍新竹初選明出爐 陳見賢今急聲明控徐欣瑩違法 「宜蘭鐵路高架計畫」通過政院核定！總經費501億、全長15.8公里（影）海上碰瓷？！中國054A逼近菲國登陸艦 遭控違「海上避碰規則」黃豪平宣傳喊「台灣區」惹議！急道歉：沒有在用詞上多方斟酌
