圖為新北地檢署。（中央社檔案照片） Newtalk新聞 （中央社記者趙敏雅新北27日電）板橋榮民之家前輔導員賴姓女子涉擅提3名榮民存款，據為己用、清償債務，金額總計新台幣349萬5000元，新北檢近日依貪污治罪條例侵占非公用私有財物等罪嫌起訴賴女。 根據起訴書，賴女自民國108年任職國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會板橋榮譽國民之家，於110年7月間升任長樂二堂輔導員兼任堂長，於113年8月間因遭調查未兼任堂長，114年4月2日遭免職。 賴女於112年1月間，利用代保管韓姓榮民郵局帳戶存摺及印鑑機會，偽以韓姓榮民的名義填寫提款單並盜用印鑑，先後提領共30次，合計245萬9000元。 113年7月間，因辦理段姓榮民退住，發還重要物品並付清住院醫療及看護費用，賴女持有段姓榮民帳戶存摺及印鑑，偽以段姓榮民的名義填寫取款憑條並盜用印鑑，先後提領共3次，合計20萬元。 銀行行員發現段姓榮民帳戶為本人申請註記，須本人提領現金，賴女見無法再自該帳戶提現，於是偽以段姓榮民的名義填寫取款憑證等，並盜用印鑑，先後從段姓榮民銀行帳戶內匯款至郵局帳戶，再利用職務關係而持有段姓榮民郵局帳戶存摺及印鑑機會，先後提領共6次，累計68萬7000元。 賴女也利用代保管高姓榮民銀行帳戶存摺及印鑑機會，偽以高姓榮民的名義填寫取款憑條並盜用印鑑，提領2次，共14萬9000元。 賴女於113年10月間至法務部廉政署自首，並於偵查中坦承全部犯行。檢方依涉犯貪污治罪條例侵占非公用私有財物、刑法偽造文書等罪嫌起訴。 檢方表示，賴女犯行屬想像競合犯（1個犯罪行為觸犯數個罪名），建請法院從重以侵占非公用私有財物罪處斷，對於賴女主動自首部分，建請依法減輕其刑。（編輯：）1140627 延伸閱讀：台幣再升創新高 陳亭妃揭中小企擔心訂單接一張虧一張七股海鮮節挖文蛤體驗最後名額搶購 ibon限定優惠店家好康報你知越南撤8項死刑改「無期」 房產大亨張美蘭詐欺逃死罷團宣布林思銘二階連署超越補件門檻 明赴選委會遞件
