中華電2026年首季 EPS 1.30元創高 超越財測高標
Newtalk新聞 中華電信（2412）（7日）公布自結之2026年第一季合併營運成果。該公司依據金管會認可之國際財務報導準則（T-IFRSs）編製之2026年第一季合併營收為599.9億元，較去年同期增加7.5%；營業淨利為131.0億元，增加4.6%；EBITDA為233.0億元，增加3.4%；歸屬於母公司業主之淨利為101.1億元，增加3.2%；每股盈餘1.30元；營業收入、營業淨利、歸屬於母公司業主之淨利及每股盈餘皆超越財測高標。 董事長簡志誠表示：「中華電信於 2026 年第一季即表現強勁，主要財務指標，包括營業收入、營業淨利、歸屬於母公司業主之淨利及每股盈餘等，均超越單季財測高標，並創下自2012年以來同期營收新高，反映公司整體營運動能穩健，並持續推升營運成果。」 總經理林榮賜指出：「中華電信本季營運表現亮眼，主要受惠於資通訊（ICT）業務持續強勁成長，無論經常性營收或專案簽約金額皆創同期新高。資通訊業務在IDC、雲端及AIoT等關鍵領域高成長需求帶動下，營收表現亮眼，充分展現中華電信成功掌握數位轉型與AI應用帶來的新成長動能。」 林榮賜指出：「行動與寬頻業務持續維持穩定成長，受惠於5G滲透率提升及ARPU的持續成長。同時，消費者應用服務中四項加值服務用戶數皆達百萬里程碑，展現公司高附加價值服務的成效。整體營運成果體現核心事業的穩定現金流優勢，並突顯公司在高成長數位服務布局的策略成果。」 林榮賜補充表示：「中華電信致力於推進6G轉型並發展AI賦能應用服務，透過 5G 獨立組網（Standalone）的階段性部署，鎖定特定垂直應用領域與核心商圈，提前佈局6G。同時，我們的AI布局已取得顯著成效，包含以AI算力中心為主，將AI基礎建設商業化，並打造「CHT AI Factory」平台，整合DeepFlow解決方案、算力資源、AI多元模型與代理，提供客戶AI賦能的應用服務，增裕2026年AI相關營收成長，也支援公司內部增效。在技術進展同時，ESG 仍是我們的核心戰略支柱，我們有信心能實現永續成長，並為股東創造長期價值。」 以下是完整財務營運表現： 營業收入 2026年第一季合併營收599.9億元，較去年同期增加7.5%。第一季個人家庭事業群營收為367.3億元，增加6.2%，亮眼表現主要來自核心業務穩健成長，加上iPhone手機熱賣而推升整體營收，帶動整體稅前淨利年增5.3%。 第一季企業客戶事業群營收為188.1億元，增加8.5%，主要受惠於強勁的資通訊業務成長；惟稅前淨利受語音業務衰退而年減2.7%。值得關注的是，本季資通訊業務專案簽約金額創單季新高，主要來自網路韌性與打詐專案，及財政、公共監錄系統等大型專標案，為後續營收成長注入強勁動能。 第一季國際電信事業群營收為27.0億元，年增10.7%，稅前淨利年增1.6%，主要受惠於國際資通訊專案服務需求強勁及漫遊收入提升。此外，本季擴增AUG-East國際海纜投資，推升台灣至日本及台灣至新加坡頻寬合計超過18 Tbps，支撐國際業務成長動能。 營業成本與費用 2026年第一季總成本與費用為468.9億元，較去年同期增加8.3%，因銷貨收入及資通訊專案收入增長導致成本增加，以及用人費用增加。 營業淨利與本期淨利 2026年第一季營業淨利為131.0億元，較去年同期增加4.6%。營業淨利率為21.75%，去年同期為22.44%。本期歸屬母公司業主之淨利為101.1億元，增加3.2%。每股盈餘1.30元。 現金流量與息前、稅前、折舊及攤銷前盈餘（EBITDA） 2026年3月底來自營業活動的淨現金流量為111.9億元，較去年同期減少13.6%。 2026年3月底現金與約當現金為351.0億元，較2025年3月底增加20.8%。 2026年第一季EBITDA為233.0億元，較去年同期增加3.4%。EBITDA margin為38.85%，去年同期為40.37%。 業務資訊 截至2026年3月底，行動電話客戶數為1,334萬，較去年同期增加1.7%。第一季整體行動服務營收為177.0億元，較去年同期成長4.4%；行動090月租型ARPU為573元，與去年同期增加3.6%。 …

羅智強要求離席後發聲 胡元輝：公共媒體不該成政治惡鬥犧牲品

澳洲推天然氣新制 強制保留20%國內使用 經濟部：不影響台灣採購合約
